Enhance the lives of elderly residents in the community by creating meaningful connection through companionship whilst helping to run various activities to build new memories and uplift the wellbeing of our senior citizens. This term, we will be running a gardening project at Lewin House Care Home in Aylesbury every Thursday from 4-5pm.
